on the topic of mental health in the construction industry.
Since 2019, COCA Member, Rick Reams (Murphy) and Brandon Anderson (AGC-MO) have been at the forefront of efforts to challenge the stigma surrounding mental health in the construction industry. They have been instrumental in collaborations to create an environment where individuals feel empowered to openly discuss their struggles and seek support. As leaders in this initiative, Brandon and Rick have traveled across the country delivering impactful presentations and spearheading comprehensive education and training programs that reach across industries.
