The primary purpose of COCA is to increase safety awareness and the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the Construction Industry by garnering relationships between Owners and Construction Associates, located in Southwestern Illinois.
We understand that no two-owner facilities and construction businesses are the same. That’s why we offer quarterly meetings and events throughout the year for the purpose of expanding insight and networking opportunities.
